As a fourth generation Boulder native, Bruce W. Sarbaugh is proud to have served the people all along the front range with quality legal representation for the past 20 years. Bruce’s philosophy in the practice of law is simple - the best outcomes for clients are obtained by combining a unique ability to communicate legal principles with a tireless pursuit of justice.  Whether negotiating a plea bargain, convincing a jury of a client’s innocence, or arguing an appeal, Bruce has earned a reputation of being a tenacious advocate for his clients while maintaining the highest level of competence and integrity. Bruce has over 20 years of trial experience with an emphasis in defending misdemeanor and felony criminal cases and, in particular, DUI offenses.  Bruce’s keen insight into his client’s defense includes an understanding that being charged with a criminal offense not only involves the anxiety of  facing criminal prosecution, but also having to deal with driver’s license issues, employment consequences, potentially divisive family issues, as well as drug and alcohol issues. Bruce understands that each client and each case is unique, and has developed an approach to criminal defense that takes these matters into consideration in determining the best course of action for each specific client. By working with his clients, Bruce has consistently been able to produce the best outcomes for his clients.

Bruce is also a devoted father with strong family values. Bruce is currently involved in martial arts training with his 8-year old daughter and is dedicated to achieving his black belt over the next several years.
