Defense of Your Case
There are several things you need to know about your case. First, no two cases are alike - every case has unique and specific facts regarding the conduct leading up to the arrest, the conduct of the police officer(s) and/or the victim, and the validity and credibility of any scientific testing. Because of this, it can be very misleading to rely on stories from family or friends about how their case was dismissed or they were offered an extremely lenient plea bargain. Therefore, while we are proud of our prior successes, please understand your case is unique and presents a new set of facts with its own legal issues.
